Who we are

I’ve always loved the outdoors — especially mountain biking. The freedom of wide bars. The control. The open posture. The way the bike feels like an extension of your body.

But when I trained indoors, something felt off.

Spin bikes and exercise cycles all shared the same limitation: narrow, confined handlebars that never felt natural. They restricted movement. They changed posture. They disconnected the experience from the ride I loved.

It seemed like a small detail.
But small details shape performance.

I kept asking a simple question:

“Why should indoor training feel different from the way we actually ride?”

That question became our first product GripSync — a solution designed to give cyclists an option. A way to train with the same width, control, and freedom they experience outdoors.

From that moment, Noetic Gear was born.

The word noetic means insight — understanding something at a deeper level. For us, that means looking at overlooked details and refining them until they simply make sense.

Because innovation starts with a real problem — and the decision to solve it.
